How long will it take to receive my custom phone case after placing an order?

We have teams in the USA, Canada, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Thailand. Once we receive your order, it will be printed and shipped by the nearest team. We require 2-5 business days for production. After production, the item will be shipped from the warehouse closest to your location. Depending on the shipping address, delivery will take 7-15 business days. Thank you for your patience.

You can pay using PayPal, Apple Pay, and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX).

Can I modify my order if there is an error in the order information?

Don’t worry. If you contact us via email at support@mojolize.com within 4 hours of submitting your order, we can make the necessary changes.

Where do you ship from, and which regions do you deliver to?

We ship from the warehouse closest to your delivery address. Currently, we have teams in the USA, Canada, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Thailand. We offer worldwide shipping.
